All participants are kindly requested to register before the start of the EEM2023 congress. Those who submit their abstracts and pay the registration fee by March 3rd, 2023 will have the opportunity to send their full papers by May 1st, 2023.

* All students must e-mail scanned proof of their status to the organizer or technical organizer. Student identification will be requested when collecting the registration pack at the Congress. In order to be eligible for a student registration fee discount, students must be listed as the first authors of the papers (if submitting two papers, the student must be the first author of both papers) they submit.

The registration fee includes:

• • Access to conference sessions and the opportunity to network with speakers and other delegates,
  • Program booklet,
  • Publication of two reviewed papers in the online Proceedings system/Supporting Publications,
  • Opportunity to participate in B2B event.
  • Cocktail reception (Monday, March 20, 2023) and one coffee/water refreshment (during the coffee breaks on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and Wednesday, March 22, 2023),
  • Other congress materials,
  • WiFi in meeting rooms.

Important: The organizers will host a gala dinner on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. The extra charge for the gala dinner accompanied by live music is 10 euros for the EEM2023 participants staying at the Termag hotel, and 15 euros for those who choose some other accommodation.

The registration fee does not include parking services. 

Only papers (oral and poster presentations) where at least one author has paid the registration fee will be published. One registration fee includes the participation of one person at the Congress presenting maximally two submitted papers.

Fee Processing

Registration fees have to be fully transferred to the technical organizer’s bank account (additional transfer charges or fees may be included and will be covered by the sender). Congress fees are not refundable or returnable.

Bank charges

All commissions and charges are to be borne by the ordering customer. If this requirement is not observed, the publication fee will be considered unpaid, the received publication registration form will be regarded as invalid and the remitted amount will not be refundable.

Invoices

• If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person: the invoice should contain the person’s full name and full address.
• If the bank transfer is ordered by a company or organization: the invoice should contain the legal name of the organization, address, VAT number or identification code, name of the recipient of the invoice and full address.
• The technical organizer (HAPPY TRAVEL) will send you the invoice as a PDF file through e-mail.

Since your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before traveling.

Liability

The organizer cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements concerning health and travel insurance.
